TO MIx or Not to Mix

Many people ask me "why do I get so much gas or blotting eating a raw food diet?" 

Its proper food combining: 

Sweet fruits= bananas, dried fruits, mangoes, etc (break-down in 1 hour) go well with greens and not with nuts or citrus or non-sweet fruits. 

Non-sweet fruits=red peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc go well with greens and nuts and citrus fruits. (break-down 1 hour without nuts)

Citrus fruits=grapefruit, oranges, pineapple, berries, etc go well with greens and nuts and non-sweet fruits. (break-down 1 hour without nuts)

Fatty fruits=avocados, durian, jackfruit, young coconuts, etc go well with greens, non-sweet fruits, and ok with nuts. (break-down about 3 hours without nuts).

Nuts and seeds=walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds, etc go with non-sweet fruits, greens, and citrus and can take 3 to 12 hours to break-down. 

Melons always best eatten alone. Break down with in 30 min.

Your body is made perfectly like this. Sweet fruits are alkaline and break down without the strong acid needed for nuts. 
Proper food combinding will help you digestion and no more blotting and gas. Some people, like myself, my have a compromised digestive system and nuts and seeds are bothersome still. I like to stick to avocados and young coconut for the fat in my dressings.
