NUT NOG
3 cups water
1 cup soaked almonds (soaked for at least 8 hours)
(any of your favorite nuts may also be used)
10 dates or more to taste
1 or more banana to taste
1/2 TB nutmeg
1/4 TB cinnamon
turmeric for color
Ice
Blend 1 cup of water with almonds and blend well.
Strain through a cheese cloth bag or strainer from hardware store.
Put milk back in blender, add dates and blend well.
Add rest of ingredients to taste and ENJOY your Happy Holiday treat!!!

I think it's so fabulous that this has already been a 10 year journey for your family. Bravo! I'm still trying to stay raw one day at a time and I have 4 very omnivorous eating kids as well as my husband. At times I want to give up but then see videos like yours and others.
Could you tell me whether you've had any dental issues? Would like to hear from a family's perspective.

Thank you so much for your comments and I commend you on your journey. I hear these comments daily about one person in a family changing their habits to more of a healthful direction while others in the home are continuing to stay on another path.
This can make things possibly more difficult and still you CAN do it. It only takes 3% to change the energetic connection of the whole current energy flow.
Your change will affect them in a positive way as long as you are continuing to allow them to remain without judgement. Keep focused on the loving reasons you are changing your diet for you and everything will flow.
